-
- Included on this CDROM:
-
- * 44 new scenarios (26 historical, 18 fictional)
- * 14 new maps
- * 4 Frequently Asked Questions files
- Player's FAQ
- Strategies FAQ
- Scenario FAQ
- Wonders of the World FAQ
- * 3 Modifications
- Civ Units - replacement units by Mats Georgson
- Fascism - great upgrade from Fundamentalism to Fascism
- Grids - changes white grid lines around city squares
- * 6 stories of other Civ2 players' experiences
- * The Civilization II Advancement Planner by Len Wilcox
- This version was made specifically for this CDROM toolkit!
-
- There are essentially 3 ways you can use/install this CD:
-
- 1. Grab individual files off the CD - Use "View CDROM Contents" and
- click on any ".zip" file you see, avoiding the "unzipped\" directory.
- 2. Install all the files at once - Use "View CDROM Contents" and
- click on "total.zip" in the root directory. Be warned, this will
- eat up a fair amount of space on your hard drive. Also note that you
- won't be able to use "View CDROM Contents" to read the pretty
- descriptions we've included.
- 3. Use files directly off the CD (in this case, you won't have the
- Civ2 game disc in the drive and won't get the nifty animations
- included in the game).
